In these terms, “T&H Consulting”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean T&H Consulting International Kft., and “you” means anyone who uses this website or contacts us.

These terms are published in English. Client agreements are concluded in the language agreed with the client.
Our website and services are intended for people aged 18 or over. T&H Consulting International Kft. does not provide services to residents of England and Wales.
What we do, and what we do not do
T&H Consulting is an independent financial crime investigations firm. We trace funds on the blockchain and through financial records, research open sources, and prepare reports that set out our findings. Our findings are reproducible and can be independently verified.
We do not promise or guarantee the recovery of funds. Whether assets are frozen, seized or returned is decided by the authorities, the courts and the institutions that hold them.
T&H Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal opinions. For any matter requiring legal judgment, clients should seek guidance from a licensed legal professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
We do not represent clients in court. In specific situations, with the client’s written authority, we act for clients before authorities such as financial ombudsmen and regulators.
T&H Consulting does not offer investments, financial services or financial advice.
We work independently of the police and other authorities. Where a report is prepared for an authority, it is for that authority to decide what action to take.
Engagements, fees and cancellation
Our first consultation is free. We take on a matter only once its scope has been agreed with you in writing.
Every engagement is tailored to the matter and is governed by a written agreement. The agreement sets out the scope of the work, the fees, payment terms and timescales, how the engagement can be cancelled or ended and what happens to fees already paid, and the law that applies. Where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
Any charges your bank or payment provider makes for your payment are yours to pay. Before making a payment, check that the request came from an @thsiteconsl.top address. If you are unsure, call us on .
If you are a consumer and the law that applies gives you a right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance, your agreement explains how that right works. Where you ask us to start work before the withdrawal period ends, you pay for the work done up to the point you withdraw, and the right ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our work or with how we have dealt with you, please tell us. Send your complaint to or by post to our operational address. We acknowledge complaints within five business days and send a reasoned written reply within 30 days of receiving them.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for harm to life, physical integrity or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and your use of the website are governed by Hungarian law, and the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of that country and may bring proceedings in its courts. Disputes about an engagement are governed by the law and the dispute resolution clause in its agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes apply to use of the website from the date they are published. They do not alter an agreement you have already signed unless you agree.
